When your current mortgage deal is coming to an end, we won't just look at new lenders, but will review what is on offer if you were to stay with your existing lender and switch to a new rate with them. The benefit of a product switch is there is no legal process required, but sometimes the rates on offer can differ compared to what the lender offers new customers. However if staying with your existing lender is the most suitable and beneficial option to meet your needs, we can process and administer this entire process on your behalf taking the stress away and giving you your time back to spend as you see fit. We will of course be looking to review the options given by your existing lender and recommend the most appropriate option to you.
